Pilates for begginers is challenging core musles, for strengh and  flexibility, this none imapct courses, is aslo suitable for people suffering from back issues, knees, shoulder injuries, any joint issues, artharitas etc, as well as musles being lean and aiming for a flatter stomach. All abilities welcome, tutor GP Referral qualified. Any questions regarding your health issues, please contact us.

What should I bring?

Yes, you can join any time. Please inform the tutor you will be joining and let her know of any needs/injuries/health issues that will help her plan the classes.

Comfortable, loose fitting clothing & trainers.

Can I join part way through a course?

It is advisable to bring a bottle of water, this can be refilled at the venue.

Please bring 1 form of ID to the first class you attend.

Exercise is more fun when shared so bring a friend!
